With over 5.35 billion internet users, the Philippines is at the forefront when it comes to digital economies in Southeast Asia. One of the social media sites that Filipinos use is TikTok. Using the app, you can make or see a lot of trends. The most recent trend in the Philippines right now is the "Pantropiko" dance challenge. Numerous dancers, influencers, and TikTokers are now joining this trend, which is not new to Filipinos if there's a dance that's trending. We can't leave out food if we're talking about the recent trend, "Pares" by Diwata. This food is our go-to food, but the reason why it's super trending is because of its affordable price and because it has unlimited rice and soup on it, which Filipinos love.
