Christmas is a time for spreading love, joy, and kindness, and what better way to do that than by giving back to the community? For our family, Christmas isn't just about the gifts and delicious meals, it's also about sharing the holiday spirit with those who may be less fortunate. On Christmas morning, our kitchen turns into a bustling hub of activity as we prepare a humble yet hearty feast. This includes homemade Filipino party classics: hotdogs with marshmallows on a stick, fried chicken, and sweet spaghetti. The energy around this time of the day is just magical and I love the happy chaos surrounding me. My family and I also prepared games for the children. The highlight of our Christmas party is witnessing the joy on the faces of the kids and hearing their laughter fill our home. But equally heartwarming are the heartfelt expressions of gratitude from their parents. It's a reminder that the true spirit of Christmas lies in giving, sharing, and coming together as a community.
