今週は、フィリピン人講師のKathy先生のブログ📚✨
パンデミックが終わった後に、行くべき場所！について♪
こう言った話題って、とってもワクワクしますよね～🌍
これは、Bucket list にマストで追加ですね！

ところで、皆さんBucket list ってご存じですか・・・？
やりたいことリストの事です！
イディオムでkick the bucket「死ぬ」というのがあり、
そこから転じて死ぬまでにやりたいことリストになったようです。

Where to go after the pandemic
The Philippines is known for having thousands of islands where people can enjoy various views, cultures, traditions, etc. Maybe you haven't heard of the Island of Camiguin.

 Dubbed "The Island Born of Fire," Camiguin is the home of seven volcanoes that shape the province. One of them is still active.  The total hike is six to nine hours, depending on your pace. When you reach the top, you can see magnificent views of the whole island. 
 
 This island is a great spot for divers and people who love snorkeling. White Beach Giant Clam Sanctuary is one of the best destinations for snorkeling. This sanctuary is home to seven species of giant clams. (Note that there are only nine species in the world!)  There are plenty of dive sites on the island, and every site offers a different view.

フィリピンには何千もの島があり、様々な景色や文化、伝統などを楽しむことができることで知られています。その中でも、「カミギン島」って聞いたことありますか？『火から生まれた島」と呼ばれるカミギン島には、州を形づくる7つの火山があります。そのうちの1つは現在も活動中です。 ハイキングの所要時間は、個人差はあるものの6時間から9時間です。頂上に到着すると、島全体の壮大な景色を見ることができます。この島は、ダイバーやシュノーケリングが好きな人にとっては最高のスポットです。ホワイトビーチ・ジャイアントクラム・サンクチュアリは、シュノーケリングに最適な場所のひとつです。このサンクチュアリには、7種類のオオシャコガイが生息しています。(島にはたくさんのダイビングポイントがあり、どのポイントも違った景色を楽しむことができます。
