Personal Technology
With the growth of business technology have also come advances in personal technology. What was once only available to military personnel and large corporations is becoming more readily available to everyday people. For example, smartphones now include encryption software. What are your hopes for the future of technology and are there any advances that you have already heard about that excite you?

Mergers & Acquisitions
Companies around the world completed about $5 trillion worth of mergers and acquisitions during 2015, the higest amount since 2007. Experts expect this trend to continue in 2016. Recently, the merger between Sharp and Hon Hai Precision Industry (widely known as Foxconn) was finalized to the tune of 349 billion yen. What consequences, good and bad, can result from such deals? For struggling businesses, what other alternatives do they have? Are there companies that should be protected from being acquired?
