Jessica: Ich liebe Musik!
Wie viele von Ihnen wissen, liebe ich Musik. Am liebsten
höre ich Rammstein, verschiedene japanische Rock Bands und Folk Metal Bands aus
aller Welt. Alleine in meinem japanischen Apartment habe ich über 300 CDs, 10
Video Kassetten, und ein paar Demotapes.
As
some of you already know, I am a big fan of music. Mostly I like listening to
Rammstein (a German rock band), various Japanese rock bands and folk metal
bands from all over the world. In my apartment in Japan, I have more than three
hundred CDs, ten videos and a couple of demo tapes.
Jedoch höre ich nicht nur Musik, ich spiele auch ein
bisschen Bass.
Ich habe einen 5
Saiten Jazz-Bass von Cort. Wenn ich Zeit habe, übe ich einfache Lieder
wie „In the Hall of the Mountain King“ von „Edward Grieg“, bis meine Nachbarn gegen die Wand klopfen und mich
bitten aufzuhören.
However, I don't only listen to music, I
also play bass guitar. I have a 5-string Jazz bass from Colt. When I have spare time, I play easy songs such as In the
Hall of the Mountain King by Edward Grieg - until my neighbours knock on my wall and ask me to stop!
Karaoke singe ich
auch gerne. Ich denke, Karaoke ist eine gute Art Japanisch zu lernen. An meinen freien Tagen gehe ich oft zu der Karaoke-Box neben
meiner Wohnung. 4 Stunden inklusive freien nichtalkoholischen Getränken kosten
weniger als 1000 Yen.
I
also like singing karaoke. I think it is a good way to practise Japanese. On my days off I often go to the karaoke box close to my
apartment, where four hours with soft
drinks cost less than one thousand yen.
Am liebsten singe
ich japanische Lieder von Buck-Tick, englische Lieder von Nighwish oder
deutsche Lieder von Marlene Dietrich.
I
love singing the Japanese songs of Buck-Tick, the English songs of Nightwish
and the German songs of Marlene Dietrich.
Manchmal singe ich
lautere Lieder, wie die von D, aber damit habe ich einmal eine Gruppe von
Mittelschülerinnen erschreckt, die neben mir gesungen haben. Daher schalte ich jetzt das Mikrofon aus, wenn ich growle.
Sometimes
I try to sing louder songs such as the songs of D, but ever since I scared a group of middle school girls who were
singing next to me, I mute the microphone when I growl.
